The mod was from Wharton alternator day, courtesy of Scott and Anthony, but the story ended with Toyota corporate paying for tow home, hotel, food, and repairs to vehicle. The Maryland dealership, was trying to steal and extort money from me since we were stranded, and filed some things to them. Radiator was fines, was pressure tested by Toyota tech and had no leaks, the md dealership said it wouldn't hold fluid. Lying fucks, will return equal storm to them. So essentially when all was said and done, while in md, a belt would have sent me home. So toyotacorporate is not happy with what I experienced at their dealership.

WOW - thats a cluster fark if I ever heard one. You need to start carrying a tool bag, Haynes book, and spare parts in your truck to avoid future issues like this. Toyota better do something else besides pay for hotel and food. They should also pay for everyone's salaries for the day you all had to call out.

 

Let's just leave it at it's an ongoing issue!

Oh yeah, a hose was cut which is where leaking fluid was coming from.
