    I am using this switch to power 2 hella 700's w/ 55 w HID's
    The posts are 2, 3 & 4
    2 is power to illuminate
    3 is power from relay
    4 is ground
    Is this correct?
Not sure what type of switch it is but it has 0311 on the side.
    Thanks

That's typically how switches are wired but without know specifically what switch that is or having the poles labeled other than 2, 3 and 4, there's no way to know for sure without a volt meter.

Also, I'd run the power for the relay trigger through the switch, not the power for the lights. That significantly reduces the amount of power running through the switch (especially because you don't know what the switch is rated for).
