side exit exhaust

got at 2002 4 door taco v6 i want to give it a nice sound and not spend alot of money i was thinking of having a custom exhaust made. and have it end right before the rear tire. no muffler just remove the cat back and ad and lowering angled pipe right to the back weel. direct the gass down and out at 90 degrees to protect the car and boom a loud exhaust
