Best Way to Remove "Ghost" Lines after Pinstripe Removal

    6.5" MaxTrac Spindle Lift, 255/85R16 Toyo OC M/T's, Stock Steelies with 1.25" & 1.50" Wheel Spacers
    I removed the pinstripe from my truck and then I used adhesive remover to get the glue off. I still see a faint shadow of where the pinstripe used to be. It doesn't appear to be a paint discoloration... it seems like the chemical didn't get the "edge" of the pinstripe adhesive.

    Should I claybar the truck? Wet Sand? Get the 3M chemical?

    Tint, car seat, baby wipes
    Buffer. Use it with a medium to light grit compound.
