Thanks for the welcome, I love my truck but can't stand the wimpy tires & wheels. I put 265/75-16s on my 5 lug and it screws up the ratio. The Engine strains and boggs down. I'm thinking of changing the gear ratio to 4:10/4:11???, am I thinking wrong? I'd like some advice from someone with knowledge and/or experience on the subject.
    Thanks.... greasyfinger

    Thanx for welcome Jessica
I had a great '91 toy 4X4 which took me thru some sloppy holes in the past, Also terrorized the sands on Pismo beach & Dumont dunes in the '80s on my honda 250sx trike. Sounds like a long time ago? It was, I've mellowed out somewhat with a great 10' 2X4 Taco and a 1100 Honda shadow (homemade) trike. I still enjoy seeing the new mods on trucks & Scoots and watching them perform.
