Just drove past the Jiffy Lube and noticed a 40K dollar F150 resting it's frame rails on the tall red curb in front of the bay doors. Not sure what the story is there, but looks expensive to me.

Good luck. Hopefully all you need is pictures and a tow and the dealer makes it right.

They must not have even put the lug nuts on at all? I know someone who drove 500 miles wondering what the shaking was all about on the highway. Turns out that all the lug nuts were on only hand tight. If you only made it to Best Buy.....

Just got my 2012 back today from what was supposed to be the 5000 mile service, free under Toyota Care. I got a new sticker in the window, got my maint light turned off, and not really sure if they did anything else. I marked my front and rear driver side tires just to see if they ACTUALLY did the rotation. NOPE. They were in the same place. I went back in and told the service writer, he called the mechanic up to the desk and told him it hadn't been done. Here is the part that got me.., the mechanic says, "I rotated the tires, but I'll do it again if you want." I replied, " Well, unless you do a 360 degree rotation, my tires are in the same spot." Cant believe he lied to my face when I had already busted him.
I made the service writer void my work order and I will take it to another dealer for the 5k service.
Never again to that dealer. I have had other issues with them but decided to give them one more shot.
Ya fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, well you just won't fool me again.
