    I have a few questions.

    1. I am trying to find a guide for my 2nd gen (2011) 4.0L Tacoma concerning the maintenance intervals for everything. When to replace the fuel filter, rear-diff fluid, tranny fluid, plugs, plug wires, anything that's considered a "wear and tear" part that has a normal mileage/time interval at which it needs to be changed (namely the timing belt, leads into second question.)

    2. When should a timing belt be changed on a 4.0L Tacoma, and if a timing belt were to break, would the valves hit the pistons? Is the 4.0L an interference motor? It would just be good to keep in the back of my mind.

Thanks in advance for any info. Toyota Care is close to being done, and I want to know everything there is to know about the maintenance for when I start doing it.

#2 - Never... there is no timing belt in 4.0. Its timing chain so you may have to replace guides around 250 000 miles.

There is a maintenance thread somewhere on here. Cant search for it right now since im on tapatalk but it.includes a lot of the stuff you mentioned. And your timing chain question was already answered.
