Ok, my cig lighter outlet works fine. My power outlet does not work at all.
I replaced the 7.5 and the 15 fuse, same problem. I checked the 100 fuse under the hood and it looked fine. I have my dash apart right now, and so I checked my relay, it's fine-- since I was checking it I did the relay mod and my cig lighter now is hot without the key :). I took my console out and have access to both plugins. Is there another relay or fuse that I'm missing? At this point should I just wire in a new outlet?
    Thanks

    FIXED it.
I switched the connections on the rear of the plugs to see if maybe it was the outlet itself, it was. Turns out the outlets have a built in fuse on the back of itself. It looks like a grey wire. Even though the one on my acc. outlet looked fine, it was blown. I removed the fuse and opened the crimps holding it in place. I then put in a 1 inch section of wire and crimpped it back in. I then covered it in liquid tape. Works great. It's wired to the 15 fuse in the dash so i'm not worried about not having the second fuse.
