Will this be just plug & play?

    The eBay link above?

    No.

The housings will snap into the '12 bumper.
The switch will not fit properly in the dash.
The supplied harness is too short to even think about getting from the lights to the battery and to the dash.

Consider the cost to be for the lights and the portion of the harness that gets into the general area of the battery.

You'll need the FJ Cruiser switch, 6-wire harness, and a standard relay plus some standard DIY wiring to get it to work.

Alternatively, if you have a model that's pre-wired for fogs (harness taped up behind the bumper, connectors under where the fog relay goes), then you'll only need the kit, a factory relay, and the factory fog light switch from the Tacoma.

To get the Camry lights to fit you have to cut the ears on the housing slightly see Trooper's thread

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...012-tacoma-headlight-install.html#post4658185

It shows exactly where the cuts have to be made, it easy and you may have to enlarge the holes where the screws on the opposite side of the house where they fasten to the back of the bumper. No more then an hour for removing the filler pieces and reinstalling the housings.

If you don't connect the wiring to the lights make sure you tape up the connector on the lights to keep it from getting dirt inside.

I bought the camry lights on eBay and they work with no cutting or trimming. I need to know how people got thru the firewall with the wire?

So silly question.... but if I am pre-wired, can I install a different fog light, but use the oem relay and switch? I was thinking of going LED but not sure if the wattage would matter.

You're fine as long as you don't exceed 55w per lamp.

Anyone know what each of the pins are for in the stock harness(switch end)? Finding a cheap factory switch is difficult.

That's a 6-pin connector with only 4 wires on it?

Here's the 6-wire FJ Cruiser switch pinout:

    Lighting_diagram_daa04c17650d5c3da2ffe79bd5a1a3df377be52f.jpg

Pins 1 and 2 would not be used on the Tacoma, so the two center pins would be the switched connections to power and the relay coil, and the other two are from the dash lights.

Guys - I have 2012 2.7L DC non-prerunner - I don't see the little fuse box on the side which others listed.

Based on this I assume that mine does not have the wiring in place?

Any solutions out there for my case?

Robkat89, I did a little Mods just to fit the 2 screw holder. Other than that, everything was
perfect. ( sorry I don't have pics ). I only used the Fog lights. The switch (part# 84160-04020), I bought it at Toyota Dealer and Relay (part# 90080-87026) at eBay.

Need a little bit of help here.

I got the switch in the mail today.
I'm looking to pop out the blank at the top left below the air vent on the outside left and I can't even reach up there from behind the dash, nor do I see any unused plugs.

Any tips on getting to that or finding the plug?

    ---
I DO have the relay pins and I do have the fog light plugs at the front end

I just returned the 07-09 Camry fog lights I bought off of eBay because they don't work. I wonder if the ones you bought from Amazon are different. The tabs and the screw holes on the ones I received do not line up... about 1/4 inch out. :(

When I bought them, I used the eBay link that was provided on this thread.
