I was searching for the same question. I just got back from Autozone and I used Eagle One MAG wheel cleaner. Works wonders. Do as it says "One wheel at a time", "Wear gloves" and protect your eyes.

Edit: FYI: I'm using stock rims, this stuff could mess up after market rims.
