I have an 06 PreRunner TRD, I am planning Ivan Stewarts, 265,75,R16s and a 3" Rev tek leveling kit. The only issue so far is the air pressure sensor. Does anyone see any other issues?

I believe you should be okay. I've seen others with that set up, and don't remember seeing any issue with the TPMS. Hopefully one of them will chime in.

Don't forget pics when you get it hooked up!

My truck has 18" Enkei wheels and the sensor from those fit the Ivan Stewarts but they don't sit flat. They stick up just a bit. Tires guys here say not an issue for them.
