URD TCAI MAF CEL P0101

About 50k miles ago I installed a URD TCAI without the MAF calibration unit.... I'm currently at 60k. Whenever I would take my filter off to clean it, I would always get a CEL thrown on P0101. However; I would reset the computer and it would always go away. Recently I started to get some hesitation from the engine and the CEL would would always come on. I replaced the MAF and the hesitation is gone but I have to reset the computer for the CEL to go off but it always comes on after 10 miles. I've checked all the vaccume lines and there doesnt seem to be any air getting in after the MAF however it seems a little underpowered and low on gas mileage.... any ideas? I even put a new filter on and still get the same - always run injection cleaner with each oil change... I'm a little lost here?
