Is there any way I can find how many trucks of a certain model, year, etc, were produced? For example, I would like to know how many 2009 Tacoma dcsb, pyrite mica, TRD Sport, with towing package were made.

    Not really.

There are online VIN decoders available and you can plug in your VIN and find out how many trucks were built that are a 100% identical match to yours, but even seemingly common "packages" generally report low numbers. I plugged in the VIN from my '95 Suburban C1500 and it returned fewer than 100 identical units.
