    chalk line test or just go by factory specs.

    psi is psi, volume makes no difference. a volume of 30ci and a volume of 60ci at 35 psi will still have the same pressure but will not have the same volume.

    regardless the chalk line test is the best thing to do

    Just curious...what tire do you have and what's the ply rating? Like mentioned the chalk test will tell you the right psi for the truck/load weight.
