    Does the tsb for the leafs replace the whole leaf pack or just add an extra leaf?

    Isn't the TSB for all Tacomas? I just called the dealership and the guy told me it didn't qualify because its out of warranty. Then he said they'll have to inspect it to see if it needs new leafs. Wtf?
