Camper, nerf bars, visors, hood bug gaurd, ABS killswitch, bed light

ok guys, the car ive been working on. its been running but not that good and finally got it timed and running right today. the problem is when i got on the highway. i can hear this whirling noise and feel it throughout the car. this didnt happen before(yesterday). i was wandering if it has anything to do with the tranny.
