    I bought a 2012 DC TRD Off Road 4x4 about 2 weeks ago and i noticed that the rpm's was 3000 when i was going 70 mph does this seem high..

    Yeah, I'm at 2k at 70 seeing the truck is new bring it in to where you bought the truck from.

    Are you in "D" or did you pull the shifter to the left after pulling back from Neutral?
    Should be on the right side of the gate.

    Did the same thing when I got my '08

    Thought the RPM was pretty high but drove for 3 days like that, then noticed I was in "3" on the dash indication (2.7 here, so I only have 3+OD).
