Whats the point of a valet key for a taco?

    The glove doesn't have a lock, and the truck has no trunk obviously, so what is the point of a valet key?? I read on one post someone posted it can't open the doors but then how do they get your car for you after they park it? I'm confused :confused:

    Im wondering the same thing. My truck came with 3 keys two black both with key fob and 1 gray key that i have yet to use.

    Has to do with the programming. You can't copy the programming on the chip in the gray key, you can with the black ones. Something silly like that.
