    Hello Forum,

I have an '08 DC Prerunner 4.0 2WD AUTO. I have about 44,000 miles on it now. My suspension mods are Timbrens for the rear & a Hellwig 990 add-a-leaf kit which added 1.5"s of lift.

    THESE ARE THE SPECS:

l.f. 35.25 (thanks to ToyTec 1/4" spacer on top of l.f. strut)
    r.f. 35.25

    before Hellwig 990:
    l.r. 36.25
    r.r. 36.00

    after Hellwig 990:
    l.r. 37.75
    r.r. 37.50

THESE ARE THE BEFORE & AFTER PICS:

I am considering buying a set of Billstein 5100's all the way around & I want to raise the front 1" but I also like the slightly raked look. Will the truck still have some rake to it after I set them @ .85? I only tow a boat about once a month & the Timbrens don't let my ass drop so I think I'll be good there. Other than that I barely carry weight at all. Also, what are the benefits (other than ride adjustment) of me going with Billstein?

P.S. Who has the best prices for the Billies?

    Thanks:)

As far as which is best for a front lift, billies are fine, if you want to pick a low rated coil from OME and pair it with 5100s or their OME shocks would be another option.

No. I do not have the TSB. I have the factory 3-leaf pack with the Hellwig 990 kit that gives me 1.5"'s of lift.
