Go to Walmart and get a $25 set of seat covers for the time being. Clean and deodorize the seat as good as you can, then line it with plastic or something from home depot, then install the seat cover over it. If I were in your situation that's what I would do, anyway. I couldn't put my ass in that spot without being grossed-out the entire time unless I had some protection.

    of course
One option is to call a junk yard nearby, people crash these things all the time.

Yeah, I'd call local junk yards. Worth a couple phone calls.

That sucks, though. That's one of those effed up situations where, while funny to others, it's part of life and, well, shit happens. Hell, I grabbed my 3 year old just in time once when she had that "I'm taking a dump RIGHT HERE" look on her face while sitting in my drivers seat (no diaper, was still potty training).

Wow! You like to live on the edge!

Why isn't your sister taking care of it?

She's the one that took a dump in your seat. I know if I had done it I would feel obligated to pay for the damage. Get her old man to pay up.

Sounds like it is time for a new seat with the heater mod?

Its still a little rough today not as bad. The seat covers took the worst of it. My brother detailed cars at a caddy dealership for 4 years so hes learned a few tricks but I'm calling junk yards today but not to many tacos where I'm from.
