IPT or level 10.

IPT or level 10.*

I have been looking at upgrades for my transmission. The two main companies I found are IPT and level 10.*

Both ofer the vale upgrade and a nice torque converter so what one is better? *

 

I know there have been quite a few to do the IPT valve body upgrade. They absolutely love it. Gadget @ URD, Super Werty, gtmoy, are a few I can remember who have done the valve body upgrade. Toon is soon to be as well.

As for IPT's torque converter,I am sure there have to have been people to upgrade to it from stock, but I have not read any one doing so on the two forums that I am on. I know that one guy wants to.

There is a guy that goes by the screen name on www.xr-underground.com, Sparkys Tacoma. He had a shop in San Diego build his automatic transmission. Carbon clutch packs and some other stuff. He would be one to get some info from as well.
