Whats a 4.0 V-6 worth?

I would have thought his very first comment about the LT section would have clued you in that he has a LT truck.... I think you argue just for the sake of it. By your own admission a swap would be beneficial to him, he just prefers to keep the Tacoma.

As was already mentioned, I think the reasons not many people go into doing a swap is because its a rabbit hole that can get pretty expensive if you have to start finding additional compatible components for the driveline. I haven't researched it, so I wouldn't know how much would really be involved in it though, just sayin.
