The chain lube seems to be fine even with a fine layer of rock grit that I get on this fire road I'm driving daily

You can get dry graphite in spray can. Solvent dries up and leaves behind coating of graphite but moly is better, IMO.

I would suggest you SoCal and Nevada guys don't have to worry about graphite being washed out by rain , lol

No squeak out of my Tacoma Dakars, but my old Cherokee had a set of very squeaky ones.

Not for squeaks my Dakars never have squeaked.
I sprayed a little fluid film on the front of one because of rust (the guy I got them from liked to play in the snow). I haven't gotten them good & dusty since so I don't know if it will attract dust yet.

hmmmm.... now im sold. ill get dakkars... then my nice new 2012 squeal like a pig, no fix for them brakes and my dakkars can make a symphony of squeakiness. then i can enter the "most unique mod" thread.

heh... just kidding. i still plan to get these. there is a member that said if he had to do it over, he would have taken his dakkar pack apart and coated them with this stuff first... http://www.agspecialty.com/EZslide.htm

My rear suspension was squeaking like crazy, so I sprayed my leafs down with the Dupoint Tephlon chain lube and it was still squeaky. Went back and sprayed my shock bushings and that took care of it.

Found out why mine squeaked... I went apeshit with marine bearing grease between the leaves and nothign happened. So found out in the front hanger there is a little metal sleeve pressed into the eye on the spring. That was squeaking i was worn so i got new ones and lubed them al little problem solved.

ok guys i sprayed this on my leaf spring and they've been quite for over a month, wondering how much longer it will stay quiet. i sprayed in the eyelet and the little u bracket that holds the leaf in place.
