    Stickers. Lots of stickers.
Go get it fixed at a tire shop? :notsure:

Are you just trying to get it out or see if it's leaking?

Hey Soapyturtle, spray some soapy water around the object to see if any bubbles form. Its an easy way to tell if you are loosing any air with it still in the tire (and therefore you shouldnt take it out until you can get the tire patched).

front or rear tire? needle nose pliers and try to turn it counter clockwise. if its the front, you can turn the wheel so you can pull better from in front of it. just keep trying. if its one of the rear tires, take the tire of to gain better range of movement to pry it out. its the only way, just dont keep it in there cause it will eventually wear down the head of the screw and then really be stuck in there with no way to get pliers on it.

be ready to have a tire plug handy. you can get a tire repair kit at your local auto parts store for under $10

and thats honestly the best place to get a screw, it would be harder to get it out if it was in the meatier tread

Thanks for the advice all. Its in the left rear tire. I did the water and soap test and there is no air leaking but I don't know if it because it's so tight or because it didn't puncture.
