Done: All new skid plates, locking gas cap, snugtop xtra vision cap, diff mod breather, mudflap mod, rokr t505 Plan to do: backup camera full time switch, fog bypass on hi beams, winch, rock sliders, cb radio, pa system, engine led light, rims, larger tires
I have a 2010 tacoma 4x4 and my stock tire is 245/75/16 without changing the rim size and I am still at stock with no leveling kit, and no spacers what is the max tire size I can run without cutting the fender and getting overspray from the tires onto the fenderwell or side of truck when driving as I do not have rubber fenderwells???

LOL, 265/75/16 at stock height is the tallest you should go.

Not trying to hijack this thread, but I am a little confused... Please forgive the tangent...
2003 stock currently with 265/65/17... I am wanting to try and run 31" tires, so have contemplated getting the 15" rims from Wheelers Offroad... Question: has anyone had experience with these 15" rims and will there be a problem with the caliper (website says no)?
Confusion: A 265 represents a 10.5" wide tire, so how can a smaller, say 245, which is a 9.5" tire fit? Is the tire allowed to taper down toward the tread?
Question 2: Which would be better for my stock suspension setup... 265/75/16 or 31" on 15" rim?
Oh, and I did see the sticky on the biggest tire size....

    Thanks!
