Retrofit!

For all you pro retrofitters!! I have a few questions! The solenoid red and black wires that are supposed to be run back out the back of the bowl.. What are these connected to? Do they need to be wired or do they plug into the relay provided and the relay plug to factory plug? Just asking before i buy mine!

 

that's the hi/lo switch that goes into your HID wiring

 

Is there any wiring at all or is it all plug in one you get the projector mounted

 

just hook up the hid kit into the stock harness, run the wires for the ballasts etc

 

nope, just plug and play as long as you have your ballasts and relay

 

you have to buy a h4 hi/lo wiring harness, like 15 bucks on ebay

Ok. Also, do the apollo shrouds need to be slightly trimmed?

 

I think that is what I got on my minis and no trimming was required.
