Intake question

Wats up everybody.... I want to get a intake for my new 2012 Toyota Tacoma TRD sport ore runner DCLB, I was just wondering what recommendations you guys have. Any help I would really appreciate it

Your pretty limited on what intakes you have available for the 2012 due to an air pump that 05-11 don't have.

URD and Airaid are the only available intakes for the 2012... URD isn't specifically for the 2012 but with modifications it will fit.

A lot more people go with the URD because it is actually probably the most performance oriented intake since the air filter is located outside the engine bay and in a location to suck in fresh cool air instead of being inside where it'll suck in warm air from the engine... The airaid is a cold air intake as well as your OEM intake because it is enclosed with the opening using the factory ducking to suck in exterior air. With each intake it will require relocation of that extra air pump but URD will require you to cut off some sheetmetal on the radiator support.
