Has anyone come up with a touch up paint for the N-Fab black powder coated nerf bars? I have some spots where it is starting to rust from the inside out, and is starting to look like shit. Might have to sand the areas down a bit and touch them up.

I have the Go Rhino steps that are similar. I have the same issue and just remove as much loose power coat, sand and use a satin black and it's a pretty close match. You're fighting a loosing battle though. I know with mine I have new spots pop up every month or so. I plan on sandblasting them and maybe bed liner or re-powder coating them.
