toyota tacoma manual 1996

Hi, I have a 2012 Toyota Tacoma 4 door, extended cab with a short bed and need a temporary cap on the back for a trip,( currently have a toneau cover), do you know if an older 2003 cap will fit my 2012

I wouldn't hold my breath on that because 2005 is when the generations changed(2005-2011). I am not sure if they changed the size of the bed or not. Check the specs for the model you have. The 2012 bed should be 5.5(short) or 6 foot box(long).
