OEM look aftermarket units...

I currently have a clarion unit in my truck (came with the truck) that is installed with the dash kit. I like the touch screen and all the features that come with an aftermarket deck but I absolutely hate the overall look. I have done a bit of searching and found the head units made my ottonavi and astrium. Does anyone have any experience with either of these brands or know of any others that make a "oem looking" touch screen head unit for 05-11 tacos? What is the sound quality and user interface like compared to other aftermarket units? I have seen a video on one but it seems very slow to respond to touch and I have read that some do not have a very good interface for bluetooth or connecting to iPhone.

Any and all info is greatly appreciated! and sorry if there are already a million threads about this, I did try a few searches and haven't really found what im looking for. looking for any customer reviews and feedback.
