I went offroading swamped my truck and had to be dragged out through some big bush's obviously my paint and the bush's didnt get along very well... sure i could get it buffed out but im more interested in changing my color to a matte/flat black i would do the wet sanding and painting on my own. my trucks already black so i know how hard it is to keep clean im not worried about that or about it being hard to resell my truck because im not interested i want it to be an off beast and keep it for a long while. So my question is this. I have done reasearch and the best option i have found so far is Imron paint my question is after i paint my truck with this and i go offroading if i do happen to run into more bush can i simply sand down my door and paint it again and if so will it soon match the rest of my vehical or will it stay brighter? my plan is to paint only no clear coat that way i can just do touch ups if needed... if this wont work please give me a better option all i want really is this .... Durable... Easy to redo or touch up... not something that looks like complete %$&#!.. I dont want to go with rattle can im more interested in buying my own gun and going at it a little more professional ... I have 3 months off this winter so i have lots of time to learn!
