Hi, I recently bought a 04 Tacoma and got in some new unpainted bumpers from All-Pro. I was hoping to get some advice on how to protect or paint it.

Thanks! I'll post when done to share, and looking forward to sharing thoughts and ideas here now that I too have a Tacoma. Cool.

    ^^This!!

My sliders sat outside last night and I'm already had to sand surface rust off of them. No rain or anything. Get something on them quick!

    Welcome to TW!!!

In my shed atm. I bought a bunch of Rust-Oleum Professional Primer (matte Gry) & Rust-Oleum Professional High Performance Enamel (matte Blk) earlier today and gonna start work on it tomorrow. I see abit of rust forming where it's welded at, should be ok spraying right over them (I think) just specs and small sreaks. Tried to upload photos but phone doesn't work, so I'll post pics later. Thanks for great fast advice, I hope maybe someone like me will stumble upon this site/thread and shed some light into protecting/painting bare steel.
