    I know you said you have a pretty busy schedule Nate,
    but if you could provide a list of the everything I would greatly appreciate it.

    At that price I would like the opportunity to perhaps work a way for me or another member take care of all the shipping and boxes after one initial shipment. I at least would be fine paying that price.
