Alright after I went out on a local trail the other day I started to notice a semi-loud knock when under breaking and sometimes when the suspension extends.
I have consulted a few different people and I have been advised that its either because of my puck suspension lift or its my radius arm bushings.

Is there anyone out there that knows whats going on? I know I am due for new shocks all around and want to get this sorted when I have it up in the air replacing those. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you had an alignment done, check the torque of your lower control arm bolts. I found mine loose. Tightened them to spec (100 ft-lb) and the knocking went away.

i have one that seems to come from the rear end when it flexes it's muscles, i've heard it could be the splined-slip-joint on the driveshaft, (no zerk for greasing) or it seems like toyota has a tsb for a knocking in the rear suspension. also a noise from the body/bed mounts that i believe is a tsb. good luck
