Are there any manufacturers that make a replacement clutch pedal out of solid steel or billet aluminum for the Tacoma? I'm tired of hearing this constant creaking from the plastic pedal arm, and I know the dealership isn't going to fix it. They'd probably give me a new one that does the same thing.

I guess the lack of replies means there's nothing on the market as of yet...

It is the point where the clutch master cylinder rod cap contacts the pedal. The solution that everybody else subscribes to, is to simply dab a drop of grease in it.

There is a small plastic cup that sits inside the cutout where the clutch master cylinder rod goes into the pedal. That plastic cup is what broke on my replacement pedal & left me stuck in an intersection several months ago. I don't know of it is the rod or the plastic cup shifting around that causes the creaking noise. The clutch pedal assembly is just a cheap POS to save Toyota money rather than using metal pedal assembly as on Gen 1 Tacomas. Dealer told me Toyota uses plastic now to save weight.
