Yeah man right here in the mattaponi and York river using peelers on bottom rigs

 

Oh dang... I might just have to have them put in then. I think I am going to end up ordering through Tire Rack for the setup, cheapest I found. Will any tire shop be able to put them back in or is that a dealer specific thing? I know they offer free mount and balance with their setups but if I can run these sensors, might just be worth it to reinstall.

Ive never bled/serviced brake fluid and Im at a lose of how to do it.

From what I gather, Ill connect this to the bleeder screw (I dont know where these are btw) and pump until I get clean fluid, keeping the master cylinder full. Work my way down to the front two brakes.

I hear if you get air in your master cylinder, you are screwed and need to take it to a dealer. How do I keep that from happening? How much fluid do I need and what type do you recomend?

I called them last week among other places. They were ok, best shipping prices I was able to find but Pungo was cheaper. My quotes are below:

-Wkycustoms: MT Baja ATZ: $281 shipped (cont US) and $271.69 local (mounting and balance not included)

I only found one place with a better price for the Goodyear Duratrac (cause they were on sale) and the guy matched it on the spot. Def worth giving him a call (research some prices too just to be sure).

 

It IS that easy. Even if you get air in... which is difficult with the Evacuator... you just bleed it all out. Just wait for a Mod Day and show up with your stuff... there's alweways someone willing to help!

Sweet. Next mod day Ill do the brake line and bleed .

which is what I have used in the past.

Just keep the resi full and you will not get any air. And you can bleed a master cylinder too.

I need to do this to my DD corolla, 185K and original fluid it looks like oil lol
