3" pro comp lift, how much down travel?

I have been trying to get rid of this lame block/spacer lift that was on my truck when I bought it. I was just curious if anyone had personal experience with the pro comp 3" lift. My concern is it will not have much down travel, I have found specs for spring rate, strength, and lift angles, but I cant find any travel specs... Help!
