I just had the dnx installed and for some reason the navi does not work..it says searching for sat and never gets connected. I updated the firmware and everything is hooked up correct. Any help would be great!!
i bought a refurbished unit through hookedontronics.com

you might want to call the dealer and let them know the problem. have you tried the hard reset? I think it is towards the bottom left of the screen. You will probably need a pen or pencil to puchthe button.
