    New guy here.

    Just picked up my first Tacoma last week (06 Access Cab 4x4 V6 with the trd off-road and SR5 power packages) and I've done a little lurking here and figured it was time to join up. This looks like a great community, I've already fixed a typical Taco problem at little to no cost with the info I've found here (overhead console compass/temp fix) and plan to do more repairing and modding. Love the truck so far. I've wanted one ever since I was a kid but I had to suffer through Pontiacs and Fords for a decade and a half before I was in a position to get what I wanted. The truck needs a little TLC but it was totally worth the wait.
