Levelling lift or suspension lift?

2011 TRD Sport SWB

2.5" levelling lift Westin Bull Bar c/w 4" All Terain lights Westin Nerf Bars

I have a 2011 TRD Sport with 2.5" levelling lift, 18" wheels 34" Trail Grapplers I rub very slightly when going into compresion corners and was wondering if this would get better or worse with a 3" suspention lift (Fabtech or Toyotech).
