so i'm looking to make a bed rail bike mount. i'll want to maybe get the cheap Performance Bike mount and attatch it to the rail using bolts and washers as others have done.

i have a locking skewer from my Yakima Sprocket Rocket (see pics) and i would like to use the lock with the mount. i am interested to know if it will fit. has anyone tried this or something similar?

i'll probably end up using this fabrication for a second mount and get a Rocky Mounts Clutch SD for the primary when i get more $$ but for now i want to make something that works asap on the cheap.

any input is appreciated. thanks :)
