2012 Tire Flare seperation & seat noise

Bought my 2nd Tacoma (prior purchase was 2003) 2012 Prerunner 4 months ago and noticed that the tire flares are starting to seperate from the truck body in several spots. Any suggustions before I call dealer? Also the passager seat rattles when driving even over slight bumps.

 

Welcome to TW. Are you talking about the fender flares? Also the passenger seat rattle is common unfortunately.

 

Yes the fender flares are seperating off of the main body of truck in several spots. I advised the dealer and they had no knowledge of this. The dealer did look at passanger seat and it is tight so they will look into that also when I drop off the truck. Any advise?
