I Need New Tail lights

My window tint is too dark at night so what aftermarket taillight should I get to help lessen the problem? Im looking for LEDs, close to stock, no chrome, preferably clear casing but black inner frame.*Also is is just a plug in or will I have to do some wiring?

2nd gen. I have the 07 sr5 solid red light but I want to upgrade to LEDs

 

I saw a post just recently where a user posted a link to some ebay LEDs that looked very similar to the OEM LED tails. They were "blacked out" and looked pretty good. I can't find the post but it's probably in 2nd gen or lighting section.

If I want to upgrade my tail lights from the stock red single circle light to the LEDs will I be able to to do or will it require another harness specifically for the LED?

 

I think they are interchangeable. Not sure though. Lots of guys in 05-08 trucks are using the 09+ LED tails.
