I have an 06 DCSB that currently has a 2" block in the rear. I want to go with a 2" aal, but am unsure if I will need new u bolts. I still have the stock ones from the pre-block install. Anybody installed a Toytec aal? Also, does Toytec take Paypal?

I don't think you need new U bolts.. Toytec is usually pretty good about disclosing everything you need to get the job done. I don't remember a PayPal option either

Why not go with the icon progressive and leave the overload in for 2" I really like mine.

Will I need the degree shims w/ the AAL? The blocks are tapered.

I didn't install them with mine. I understand that they are to help with axel wrap, which I don't think I have...every once in a while I have an every so slight bump after a stop but I could be making it up.

The shims are for correcting drive angle changes after a lift, if you're feeling the famous "bump" after stopping you is axle 'rappin'...:)
