Can Someone answer this? I was out running a wire in the truck for lights in the bed and a 12v outlet. Did not hook anything to the battery. Did not touch the battery or anything like that, just running wire. Twice the supercharger pump came on and run for something like 15 seconds. Ran the truck for 5 seconds to turn the front wheels thats it all day. Why would the supercharger inter-cooler pump run for 15 seconds with the truck off and keys out of the ignition?

I don't remember the verbatim reason, but it is normal operation. Basically a self test. I am sure someone else can explain more thoroughly

Thanks for the reply. I did not think anything was wrong just odd that it would do this.

the power wire from the pump taps into something in the fuse box that turns on every few hours. some people have done the anytime foglight mod and taps into the same circuit and they have their fog lights come on the same way.

its nothing to do with the actual supercharger system, its where the wire taps in to

Supercharger pump control is tapping into the 10amp EFI fuse. Must be part of the test Whippersnapper is referring to. I redid that connection with an add a fuse and a rubber grommet today. No really a fan of how Toyota had made that connection.

    Thank again everyone.
