CEL with P0420, P0430, P0175, P0172

    So my CEL is on with these codes showing. I have an 2006 V6 with DTLTH and the O2 sensor simulators. The weird thing is, that the CEL will stay on for about a week, then randomly one day it goes off... then the next day it will come back on for about a week or so and it repeats this cycle. Occasionally when i start my truck, it seems to lag a little bit. Its hard to explain, its like its not getting the correct amount of gas or something. I have no idea whats going on.... Can anyone please show me some guidance.
