    Hello,

I've searched and I can't find an answer/solution to my issue with my JBL system.

The problem is when scrolling through channels the stereo won't go the next channel when I get to certain stations. For example, if I am at Channel 57 on XM and I hit up the stereo goes to channel 141. I can scroll from say, 7-17. When at 17 and I hit up it jumps to channel 2.

I've talked to XM about it and they can't seem to figure out what's going on. My dealer says that's just the way the stereo is.

I have XM in a few cars and none behave like this.

Is there a setting or something I need to do on the stereo to get it to work properly? I find myself not using XM that much because it's so frustrating getting through the channels.

Any help, suggestions, tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you very much,

    Steve

Not sure, but it sounds like it's scrolling up to the channels in the current category only? Try using the knob and it should just go to the next channel, no matter the category.

Thanks for the quick reply. Scrolling with the knob does get me to the next channel.

I thought it had something to do with categories, but the strange thing is that 57 is a country station and 141 is a talk station. I just checked out the channel line up online. XM has channel 57 listed as talk & entertainment.

Anyway, thanks for the help. I appreciate it.
