'10 TRD Access Cab O/R

I noticed an oil residue around the seal of my transfer case recently. It is on the passenger side about 3/4 of the way to the top. I wiped it off the first time I saw it (thinking it was nothing) but I noticed it again when I went under my truck today. Everywhere is dry except these 3-4". Any thoughts? Anyone else ever see this on their truck?
