Test drive that bastard for acceleration vibration problem. some 2012's were shipped from the factory with a shudder from the drive train. test drive either up hill from a dead stop, or accelerate more than just gently from a dead stop. if it's there, then between 3mph and 25 mph you'll feel your hands tingle and the whole truck will vibrate.

If it does this, tell them to bring out a different truck.

    A few bolts are different.
I have my serious doubts. Good luck. Remember tax is what it is.... They are not going to pay your tax which is well into the 2000+ range. If they did it would put them at a loss.

You should be expecting to get at or up to a grand below invoice before TTL. Got mine for $300 below invoice here in western pa, had to work 6 different dealers and hold out on all of them to get that price. Still waiting for it to be built.

Check out the 2012 pricing thread, but only consider posts that list invoice and msrp numbers. Otherwise you don't really know the full story.

Also trade ins and financing can affect the deal they give you on the truck. Act like your going to take out a huge loan and only put a couple grand down, then after it's all said and done put down way more or just pay off a huge portion of the loan on your first payment. But while your dealing act like they are going to make all kinds of money off of financing so you need a better deal on the truck. Hope this helps, good luck!
