LED kits, all orders come with free license plate lights!

My dome light didn't work along with one of the license plate leds. Sent them back for replacements almost a month ago and still nothing. I ended up finding some on ebay for about $10 total. Got the license plate leds in but the dome light will be here next week.

 

Yea my map's have completely failed now. Neither one works and this seller apparently isn't checking in on TW anytime soon. Pretty annoyed with the situation. Did you make contact with him when you sent them back for replacements? That'd be pretty bad if advised you to send em' back then never sent you replacements.

 

Last time I heard from him was when he gave me the return address. I pm'd him letting him know that they were in the mail on their way back for replacements and never heard back

 

Yea I noticed previous post about his customer service which is why I thought it strange as well to disappear. Not sure what's up but I also noticed he was "away" for a bit with an injury not long ago too. Wow you did a lot of research with all the pics. Hard to say what the big picture really is. At this point I hope he's ok. I just want to get my brand new map's working or possibly replaced.

 

Yeah, I'm not upset or mad or anything, they're just lights. I'm sure there's a reason why we haven't heard anything though.

I had an issue, he squared it away. Then I ordered something else that didn't work (do to issues on my end). I sent them back and was waiting for him to help me with a work around.

That's when he went to the dark side of the moon....

When he finally came back around (he had some major personal issue going on) he took care of me. I have no complaints.

There were those few months of wondering if I would ever hear from him again, but like someone already said, there just lights.

Be patient and he will make it right.

 

Tks for chiming in. Maybe he'll return. It's not so much the lights not working as it is my hard earned cash which I just recently spent to ensure a working product. 2 out of the 3 lights don't work and they aren't very old. (I know I'm ocd, but still). I'm not upset at the guy, clearly he has some stuff going on. Just would like some kind of communication that we can work around it and get em' up and running again. I loved them when they worked!
